To request a reprint of your 2023 Form 1099, please fill out this form on our website. Once we receive your request, the form will be sent to Chord to process in the order they were received. If you are getting an amended Form 1099, please note that the process may take longer. You will not get a Form 1099 from Chord Energy Corporation if you only receive oil and gas revenue. Revenue owners will get a Form 1099 from Oasis Petroleum North America and/or Whiting Oil and Gas, which are subsidiaries of Chord Energy Corporation. If you get revenue from both Oasis Petroleum North America and Whiting Oil and Gas operated wells, you will receive two Form 1099’s, one for each entity.
