Our board is short tenured, diverse, and comprised not only of industry-leading experts but also of members who worked for major shareholders and investors. Except for Mr. Brown, who serves as our President and CEO, and Mr. Dundas, who serves as Advisor to the CEO, all of the Directors are Independent under NASDAQ listing standards, and none of the Independent Directors have any material connection to the Company outside of service on the Board of Directors.
