Mandy Hurt serves as Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Chord Energy. Ms. Hurt has more than 25 years of global human resource experience. She most recently served as SVP of Human Resources at Sodexo, a Fortune 500 company with over 400,000 employees.
Prior to Sodexo, Ms. Hurt spent thirteen years with BP where she held a variety of HR leadership, strategy and business partner roles.
Ms. Hurt holds a Master of Arts from Texas A&M University.
